Duane is an excellent realtor. He really helped my wife and I walk through a process that included viewing many different types of homes across two counties. His knowledge of the agricultural communities aided in our ability to choose an area that we really enjoy! In addition, he quickly and efficiently helped us find and purchase a rental property in the area as well. Whenever people ask me about a realtor in the area, I do not hesitate to recommend Duane. Professional, thorough and also easy to work with.

We appreciated Duane's honesty throughout the house-shopping process. He has a construction background and is very knowledgeable about the infrastructure of homes. I met Duane when I was searching for a house in 2021. Actually, Duane was the first and only real estate agent I have worked so far. I felt lucky to have Duane as my rep. Also, I was impressed by his knowledge about house conditions as well as the market situation. He accompanied me to see quite some houses until finding one that I liked and offer was accepted. Duane is experienced in house searching and purchasing process and is always ready to help. In addition, he is honest and professional. He listens to clients and respects their decisions. He is the one you can rely on when looking for a house even if you are a first time buyer.

Duane understood what would appeal to me almost immediately. He hit a home run by suggesting we look at a property wr had both previously overlooked. That was 2 years ago. A quick negotiation and closing helped me move into my "forever home." I hope Duane will stop by sometime to see the transformation! I could not recommend Duane more highly.

Duane went above and beyond any real estate agent! We had septic problems and he call in a man who got the job done and did the talking for us with the township, who have always been difficult. My husband was at his new job and he helped me hang closet doors. I've tried many agents none were interested in helping us like he did!!!

Duane was so helpful and so understanding with me as a buyer who had just lost her husband of 60 years. I felt like a fish out of water without him being by my side when I had to do this on my own, but Duane almost felt like a grandson while helping me and never rushed or pushed but explained so much to me. All in all, I can't imagine working with anyone other than him.

Duane did everything possible to get us the best price for our property. He was always available and always did what was necessary to help us get the job done. It was a pleasure to work with him.

It can be very overwhelming at times, and I walked into each house with inexperienced eyes, not really knowing what to look for (aside from anything glaringly obvious). Duane was always honest with us if something wasn't right about a house - he'd never cover something up just to get a sale. He also made himself available and worked with our schedules, which typically required evening home visits. With the market as competitive as it is right now, it was a nerve wracking process. But we felt at ease throughout and always felt like we knew where we stood in terms of having an offer accepted (or not). When we did eventually find our home, closing was an absolute BREEZE. I never dreamed it'd be that simple. It's nice to have an agent/ partner that you know is on your side, and you will certainly get that with Duane. His knowledge and experience is obviously a plus, too. Thanks for all you did for us!

Loved working with Duane..he is no nonsense and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone! He helped me sell my home and found a new wonderful home. My husband and I felt like we had to have been the worst clients with which any realtor was cursed. We took forever to find a place that we both liked enough to call home. Duane never once complained. He always just kept finding us properties and agreeing to set up viewings, no matter the time of day of day of the week. We actually started looking to buy a home in March of 2015. By October, we realized it wasn't going to happen and we asked Duane to let us have the winter off to figure out what we were going to do. He let us jump right back into it, by April 2016, and finally, finally, in September 2016, we found our home. We closed on November 18, 2016, and honestly, we love the house, but, we miss Duane.

Duane is very professional. He went out of his way to make the search for our new home was a success. He kept us informed in a very timely manner with each step of the process.

Duane was awesome! He helped us find a home that meets our needs, was in our target area and price, was always available and very helpful. At the time of the purchase itself he offered guidance through the entire process, recommended good resources without being pushy, and made everything go like clockwork. There were no surprises at closing. He anticipated the seller needing to stay a bit longer in the home and suggested a method for "renting back" that worked very well. Highly professional - use him!

Duane Frey helped us list and sell our father's home quickly. We found his name on Zillow. He had good reviews. Since we did not live in town this is all we had to go on. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. What ever service we needed to prepare the house for sale, or pass an inspection he came up with the right people to do the job at a fair price. Duane Frey was my agent for a home we bought in West York on Leonard St. Being a first time home buyer it was important to find someone who has expertise in the process and is trustworthy and patient. He met those characteristics and more. I was impressed with his knowledge of how the process works: like going over in detail the financials and spelling it out for us more than once if necessary. Not once did we feel like he was trying to push a house on us, and he listened carefully to what we were looking for and tried to find that. It was also impressive to work with someone who was honest about what he saw in a house. If something didn't look right or was a concern it was brought to our attention. Overall, I would recommend him to anyone who's looking in the area. You won't be disappointed :)
